NOVELTY - The board has a conductor layer i.e. graphene material, and attached on a surface of a medium substrate to form a circuit board main body, where the graphene material is a conductive heat-conducting thin film material and the medium substrate is a flexible medium material i.e. paper or flexible polymer or rigid medium material i.e. FR-4 or Rogers plate. USE - Graphene circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The board has light weight, high heat conductivity and low manufacturing cost, and can be prevented from being easily corroded, and can realize simple processing process. The board is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene circuit board manufacturing method.
