NOVELTY - Integrated filter IC comprises a filter coil and a filter medium, where the filter medium comprises 5-20 wt.% functional graphene material, 1-5 wt.% amine curing agent and balance of epoxy resin. USE - Used as integrated filter IC. ADVANTAGE - The filter IC can reach -6 to 60db astonishing range and is suitable for harmonic filter. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing integrated filter IC comprising (i) adding functional graphene material into ring at rate of 1-5 g/minute rate and adding epoxy resin, stirring at 300-500 rotations/minute, adding functional graphene material, adding the mixture into an ultrasonic oscillator, ultrasonically dispersing for 12-20 minutes and uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed liquid A; (ii) adding amine curing agent into the mixed liquid A, stirring, mixing for 25-40 minutes and filtering to obtain filter medium B; and (iii) adding the mixed filter medium B into a filter coil, encapsulating by sealing, heating and curing.
