NOVELTY - A binder casting is obtained by reacting benzyl ether phenolic resin, polyisocyanate, epoxy resin, acrylates, organic compounds and graphene. The organic compounds are chosen from at least one of diacid-diol ester compound, alcohol compounds and hydrocarbon compounds. USE - Binder casting is used for preparing casting core and casting mold. ADVANTAGE - The binder casting has excellent high-temperature resistance for long period of time and high-temperature strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of binder casting.
