▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dispersing glue material in solvent oil and graphene by mixing process comprises (i) taking solvent oil and heating to reduce viscosity of solvent oil, (ii) adding graphene powder into solvent oil, stirring to fully dissolve graphene, where the concentration of graphene is 5-15 wt.%, (iii) subjecting the mixed solution to ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours under ultrasonic power of 500-1500 W, (iv) taking the resulting mixed solution into a mixing chamber to obtain graphene-glue composite material, and (v) mixing the graphene-glue composite material in the mixing chamber. USE - The method is useful for dispersing glue material in solvent oil and graphene by mixing process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the graphene dispersion in the rubber mixture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for mixed glue material, comprising 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.2-1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.1-1 pts. wt. accelerant, 0-0.3 pts. wt. scorch retarder CTP, 1-5 pts. wt. sulfur, 40-50 pts. wt. coal black, 2 pts. wt. solvent oil, and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene oxide.
