NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum chloride (AChE)/ silver-nitrogen-phosphorous (AgNPs) polyvinyl chloride (PVA/RGO/SPE) sensor, comprises (i) placing the SPE electrode in the graphene oxide (GO) electro-deposition liquid, and reducing by cyclic voltammetry to obtain RGO /SPE electrode, (ii) preparing PVA micro-gel ball by micro-flow control, then reducing the silver nitrate on the PPA micro gel ball by sodium citrate in situ to AgNPs colloid solution, and post-processing to obtain the AgNps @ PVA composite material, (iii) dripping the Ag NPs @ PPA composite material prepared in the step (ii), dripping the RGO or SPE electrodes on the surface of the surface prepared in step (iii), and drying to obtain an AgNeps @PVA /RGO / SPE composite working electrode, and (iv) preparing AChE USE - The method is useful for preparing AChE/AgNPs @PVA/RGO/SPE sensor, which is used for electrochemical detection and Raman spectroscopy to detect methyl parathion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has good electro-catalysis ability to the oxidation of the enzymatic thiocholine, and exhibits excellent adsorption capacity and high surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity. It has good stability, more SERS active hotspot, high sensitivity and easy to carry. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an object diagram of the AChE/AgNPs @PVA/RGO/SPE sensor prepared by the embodiment 1.
