NOVELTY - Metal cutting fluid comprises 0.2-2.0 wt.% or 0.5-1.5 wt.% or preferably 1.0 wt.% lubricating additive, 5-7 wt.% or 6-7 wt.% or preferably 7 wt.% rust inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 wt.% or 0.3-0.5 wt.% or preferably 0.3 wt.% inhibitor, 0.05-0.15 wt.% or 0.1-0.15 wt.% or preferably 0.1 wt.% anti-hard agent, 15-20 wt.% or 15-17 wt.% or preferably 15 wt.% lubricant and the rest is water. The lubrication additive is graphene dispersion. USE - Metal cutting fluid. ADVANTAGE - The metal cutting fluid is easy to prepare, cost-effective and has good anti-corrosive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing metal cutting fluid, which involves: (A) adding lubricant to water and uniformly stirring at normal temperature and pressure to obtain mixed solution; (B) adding inhibitor, anti-hard agent and rust inhibitor; (C) stirring solution at ambient temperature and pressure; (D) adding to mixed solution and uniformly stirring to obtain base liquid of aqueous metal cutting fluid; and (E) adding lubricating additive dispersion of graphene at room temperature and atmospheric pressure added to the resulting base liquid of aqueous metal cutting fluid and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene dispersion containing metal cutting liquid.
