▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An intrinsically stretchable double-network ionic gel electrolyte comprises a structure of inorganic and organic double networks interpenetrating with each other. The inorganic network contains inorganic oxide, or mixture of inorganic alkoxy compound and inorganic oxide. The organic network contains acrylate polymer or amphoteric ion polymer. USE - Intrinsically stretchable double-network ionic gel electrolyte used in preparation of energy storage device e.g. rigid or flexible stretchable lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte has high ionic conductivity of greater than 10-4 S/cm, excellent mechanical property, stretching and bending property, can be applied at high temperature of greater than 150degrees Celsius, does not break or short circuit due to lithium dendritic crystal piercing when applied to lithium battery, ensures improved safety of energy storage device, and is economically prepared by a simple and feasible method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the gel electrolyte, which involves mixing and stirring an ionic liquid and 10-85 %mass lithium salt with respect to ionic liquid to a clear solution to prepare an ion-conducting matrix, adding inorganic network corresponding monomer, organic network corresponding monomer and a photoinitiator to the matrix, stirring uniformly, adding formic acid and stirring to clear solution to obtain a reaction mixture, adding the mixture into a mold, obtaining inorganic network by non-hydrolyzed sol-gel reaction, obtaining organic network by photo-initiated free radical polymerization, and vacuum-drying the obtained networks overnight. The mass ratio of organic network corresponding monomer and inorganic network corresponding monomer is 10:1-10:5. The content of the ionic matrix is 50-150 %mass with respect to total monomers corresponding to inorganic network and organic network. The content of the photoinitiator is 0.02-10 mol% with respect to organic network corresponding monomer; and (2) use of intrinsically stretchable double-network ionic gel electrolyte in preparation of rigid or flexible stretchable lithium battery.
