NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-conducting gasket reinforced by sintered graphene foam block, comprises preparing graphene carbide film, stacking multiple graphene carbide film, sintering, preparing high orientation graphene foam blocks, slicing the graphene foam block along the longitudinal direction to obtain graphene heat conducting gasket, where the longitudinal direction is a stacking direction of the multiple graphene carbide films. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat-conducting gasket reinforced by sintered graphene foam block. ADVANTAGE - The gasket has no adhesive compound, low density, and high heat conducting in the thickness direction.
