NOVELTY - Preparing anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant oil comprises e.g. preparing nano ferroferric oxide loaded graphene, modified calcium hydroxyphosphate-aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate, and epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, and mixing with modified nano silicon dioxide uniformly. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant oil comprises (i) dispersing 2-4 pts. wt. ferric chloride hexahydrate and 1-2 pts. wt. ferrous chloride tetrahydrate in 100-200 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 25-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion, adjusting pH value to 11 with concentrated aqueous ammonia, subjecting to ultrasonic reaction under the protection of nitrogen at 55-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, dripping 1-2 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, stirring and reacting at 90-95 degrees C for 4-6 hours to separate black solid product, washing solid product for 3-5 times with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water respectively, drying under vacuum at 60-65 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain nano ferroferric oxide loaded graphene, (ii) adding phosphoric acid aqueous solution of pH 4 to 5-10 pts. wt. calcium hydroxyphosphate according to 1:200 ratio, adding 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, magnetically stirring for 30-40 minutes, reflux reacting at 80-85 degrees C for 3-5 hours, adjusting pH to neutral, centrifugal separating supernatant, washing with water for 3-5 times, drying in vacuum for 2-4 hours to obtain modified calcium hydroxyphosphate, grinding with 2.5-5 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate, filtering, and drying to obtain modified calcium hydroxyphosphate-aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate, (iii) mixing 8-11 pts. wt. castor oil methyl ester, 8-11 pts. wt. formic acid, and 1-2 pts. wt. catalyst concentrated sulfuric acid, placing in 50-55 degrees C water bath, adding 40-53 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide in dropwise manner, stirring, condensing, reflux reacting for 7-10 hours, separating, adjusting acidity and alkalinity using saturated sodium carbonate solution, washing into neutrality with water, distilling water at 80-85 degrees C under 0.01 MPa to obtain epoxy fatty acid methyl ester, mixing with 3-6 pts. wt. modified nano silicon dioxide, nano ferroferric oxide loaded graphene and modified calcium hydroxyphosphate-aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate uniformly to obtain anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant oil.
