▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Layered double hydroxidesg/graphene oxide (LDH/GO)-melamine foam i.e. a rag-type adsorbent prepared by modifying modified melamine foam with ternary metal hydroxide and graphene oxide, is claimed. The ternary metal hydroxide is magnesium, aluminum and iron ternary metal hydroxide. USE - The melamine foam is useful to absorb and remove phosphate in aqueous body by adding to phosphate aqueous body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The melamine foam has strong phosphate adsorption effect, fast adsorption rate and high efficiency, and makes the phosphate concentration (≤ 10mg/L) in the wastewater reach the first-level standard of the comprehensive sewage discharge standard (GB89781996) in a short period of time, and shows wide application potential in the phosphate removal and standard discharge of wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing the LDH/GO-melamine foam, comprising (i) cutting melamine foam into small pieces, soaking and cleaning with deionized water, and drying; (ii) (iia) mixing the concentrated sulfuric acid of appropriate proportion in the ice bath with sodium nitrate, gradually adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate in the process of stirring, and keeping the mixed solution in the ice bath all the time, (iib) removing the ice bath, stirring into dark brown paste mixture, (iic) slowly adding deionized water into the pasty mixture, where the solution reacts violently and exotherms, cooling the solution to room temperature, adding 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution, mixing uniformly, washing with 5 wt.% hydrogen chloride solution, using deionized Wash with water until neutral, and drying in vacuum to obtain graphene oxide, (iii) (iiia) adding magnesium sulfate, aluminum sulfate, iron sulfate and urea to specific amount of deionized water, stirring and ultrasonically dissolving uniformly to obtain solution A, (iiib) dispersing the graphene oxide in an specific amount of deionized water, ultrasonically dissolving, and adding the melamine foam to obtain solution B, (iiic) mixing and stirring solution A and solution B, placing in a polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, placing into a blast drying oven to react for a period of time, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture, (iiid) repeatedly extruding the melamine foam in the above mixture and soaking in the mixture for 3 times, cleaning with deionized water and vacuum-drying; and Use of LDH/GO-melamine foam to absorb and remove the phosphate in the aqueous body by adding to the phosphate aqueous body.
