NOVELTY - Preparing conductive sheet comprises preparing an intermediate layer, using the intermediate layer as a base material, preparing a high conductive layer, stacking the high conductive layer on the intermediate layer, presetting a hot-pressing environment, placing the stacked high conductive layer and the intermediate layer in the hot-pressing environment for hot-pressing to obtain conductive sheet for preparing a flow battery. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive sheet, which is used for flow battery bipolar plate, power grid peak, wind energy and solar energy and renewable energy power generation field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare conductive sheet that has high conductivity characteristics the graphite sheet, and toughness and barrier property of the carbon-plastic conductive sheets, and it has obvious advantages in all vanadium/iron-chromium liquid flow battery. The conductivity of the bipolar plate sheet is greatly improved to reduce the surface resistance, the surface contact the conductive carbon plastic sheet bipolar plate is equivalent contact, the surface of the graphite sheet bipolar plates surface, even better than graphite sheets bipolar plate surface. The intermediate layer is still carbon plastic conductive, although the resistivity is slightly high, but because the intermediate layer thickness is very thin, so the influence of the main body resistance is small, at the same time, the presence of intermediate layer has increased toughness and strength.
