NOVELTY - The process involves selecting base material, metal container or metal pipe material. A surface of a ceramic insulating paint is printed with graphene slurry of 10-20 micron thickness. A screen is printed on a surface of the metal container or the metal pipe by the screen of 200 meshes. A resistance furnace is fixed to a sinter. Two ends of the printed graphene is coated by a conductive silver. A layer of high temperature resistant ceramic insulating paint is brushed for an isolation treatment. A layer of rock wool is used for heat insulation treatment. A metal material is used to wrap a sealing process. USE - Metal body graphene coating heating body manufacturing process. ADVANTAGE - The process reduces production cost and volume, and easy to produce and popularize.
