▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-angle graphene film involves (a) uniformly spreading the graphene oxide liquid crystal with a concentration of 0.1-4 wt.% on the horizontal substrate, (b) horizontal cutting in the graphene dioxide liquid crystal to form multiple horizontal cutting surfaces, and (c) drying naturally after the horizontal cutting surface is completed. USE - The method for preparing high orientation graphene film and used in protective layer, chemical filter, component of battery or super capacitor, adhesive layer, electronic or optoelectronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, mild condition, high efficiency, and has wide application prospect in the field of film material. The method effectively eliminates the two-dimensional nano-sheet layer fold, improves the strength and thermal conductivity of the film, and enhances the load transfer, phonon transmission, so the graphene film exhibits a higher conductivity, heat conduction and high strength characteristics.
