NOVELTY - The device has an oscillator orderly arranged along a light path, an optical parametric amplifier, a beam splitter and a lens. The oscillator generates a certain wavelength of ultra-fast light. The ultra-fast light generates two beams of wavelength that are adjusted by the optical parametric amplifier. The detection light and the pump light are combined into a beam of synthetic light beam after passing through the beam splitting mirror and irradiated on a graphene sample through the lens. A collecting light path collects a harmonic signal generated by the graphene sample. USE - Full light control graphene nonlinear optical effect device for a two-dimensional material system in an optical switch and an optical communication field. ADVANTAGE - The device has high modulation efficiency, low energy loss, simple manufacturing technique and wide application prospect in field of optical switch and optical communication.
