NOVELTY - The cell has an oxygen electrode, a cathode electrolyte and an intelligent switch. The oxygen electrode comprises a charge oxygen catalytic layer, an ion conductive/electronic insulating film and a discharge oxygen catalytic layer. USE - The intelligent driving rechargeable fuel cell is useful for electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent driving rechargeable fuel cell realizes the decoupling of the charging process and the discharging process, and controls the working state of the battery system through the intelligent switch, and realizes the obvious improvement of the cycle performance and energy efficiency of the rechargeable fuel cell.
