NOVELTY - Thick-coated modified aqueous acrylic acid heavy anti-corrosion paint comprises 1 pts. wt. epoxy resin modified aqueous acrylic acid emulsion, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.005-0.01 pts. wt. ethylenediamine graft modified graphene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. pigment filler, 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.02-0.03 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. fungicide, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.05-0.08 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.005-0.01 pts. wt. pH regulator. USE - The paint is useful in petroleum storage tank and refining steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The paint has film-forming thickness of 120 μm at one time, has good physical and chemical properties, flexibility 1mm, impact resistance 50 cm, adhesion ≥ 5 MPa, and resistance to 5% sodium chloride (NaCl) 168 hours, 5% sulfuric acid (H2SO4) 168 hours and 5% sodium hydroxide (NaOH)-resistant 168 hours coating does not blister, crack or fall off, salt spray resistance 1000h coating does not blister, crack or fall off, artificial weather aging resistance 1000 hours coating does not blister, crack or fall off, Grade 1 chalking, grade 1 discoloration, and grade 1 loss of gloss.
