NOVELTY - Preparing light curing of graphene conductive ink comprises using graphene powder, nano metal particles, adhesive, anti-settling agent, (1) adding the physical method graphene powder into the mixed solution of acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonically processing for 4 hours, centrifuging and taking the supernatant to obtain the graphene dispersion 1, (2) heating and concentrating the dispersion 1, adding nano metal particles, binder, solvent, using dispersion machine to disperse for 20 minutes at high speed, grinding for 20 minutes to obtain the graphene conductive ink, the graphene conductive ink for screen printing, and performing ultraviolet light curing and drying to obtain the conductivity is 1 x 103-2 x 104 S/m of the graphene film. USE - The method is useful for preparing light curing of graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive ink has excellent conductivity, fast drying and curing speed, light printing pattern quality, using four-probe resistance instrument to detect the conductivity is 1 asterisk 103 to 2 asterisk104S/m; and the use of various solvents has low harm to human body and environment.
