NOVELTY - A mixed graphene material has layered stack structure and specific surface area of 500-700 m2/g. USE - Mixed graphene material for use in super electrode of high capacity battery. ADVANTAGE - The mixed graphene material has improved specific surface area and high efficiency and increases catalytic activity of carbonaceous material and storage of active sites. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a mixed graphene material, which involves putting dicyandiamide into a stirrer, adding carbonaceous material, nitrogen source and carbon source to the stirrer, reacting mixture at 600-1000 degrees C, blending mixture ultrasonically, freeze-drying the mixture to obtain powder, calcining the powder to obtain graphene material and processing the graphene material with acid to remove internal nanometal particles to obtain finished product.
