▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity organosilicon gel comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 1:1, where the component A is 70-100 pts. wt. unsaturated hydrocarbyl organopolysiloxane, 2-4 pts. wt. organosiloxane coupling agent, 864-1043 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 0-4 pts. wt. catalyst. The component B is 48-74 pts. wt. unsaturated hydrocarbyl organopolysiloxane, 2-3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 20-27 pts. wt. chain extender, 2-4 pts. wt. organosiloxane coupling agent, 864-1043 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, and 0-2 pts. wt. reaction inhibitor. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity organosilicon gel. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity organosilicon gel has lower viscosity, higher thermal conductivity, and is easy to construct and repair. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the heat-conducting organosilicon gel, comprising (a) adding unsaturated hydrocarbon-based organopolysiloxane, organosiloxane coupling agent, and thermally conductive filler into the reaction kettle, stirring at 50 revolutions/minute for 20 minutes, adding catalyzer, continuously stirring for 20 minutes with the rotating speed of 50 revolutions/minute under vacuum condition and dispersing uniformly to obtain A component, (b) adding 1/2 mass part of unsaturated hydrocarbon-based organopolysiloxane, crosslinking agent, chain extender, organosiloxane coupling agent and thermal conductive filler into the reaction kettle, stirring at 50 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, continuously stirring, adding the remaining 1/2 mass part of unsaturated hydrocarbon-based organopolysiloxane, crosslinking agent, chain extender, organosiloxane coupling agent and thermally conductive filler, continuously stirring at 50 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, adding reaction inhibitor, continuously stirring for 20 minutes with the rotating speed of 50 revolutions/minute under vacuum condition, nd dispersing uniformly to obtain B component, and (c) adding A component and B component into the mixing cylinder at the ratio of 1:1, and stirring for 20 minutes with the rotating speed of 50 revolutions/minute.
