NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material of cathode electrode ion battery involves (a) extracting natural graphite, bicarbonate and potassium permanganate, and then taking water, (b) mixing the natural graphite and bicarbonates together, then adding low-temperature excess potassium permanganate to make the mixture fully react, (c) washing the water-washed natural graphite, (d) taking out the washed graphite and then separating the water on the surface of the graphite by a drying machine, drying by a dryer, (e) taking the dried graphite to obtain graphite oxide, and (f) peeling off the powder from the powder to obtain graphene oxide by the method of high temperature expansion to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene material of cathode electrode ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphite is easy in the process of oxidation, by adding proper amount of potassium permanganate at low temperature can avoid the graphite in the oxidation process of large amount of harmful gas problem.
