NOVELTY - Carbon brush material comprises 25-50 pts. wt. nano copper, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. nickel powder, 4-12 pts. wt. nano silver, 1-5 pts. wt. dopamine solution, 12-18 pts. wt. polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, 19-28 pts. wt. castor oil, 1-8 pts. wt. modified starch, 5-10 pts. wt. expanded montmorillonite. The 10-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite is placed in 7-9 pts. wt. sulfuric acid solution. USE - Carbon brush material for automobile starter. ADVANTAGE - The carbon brush material improves compatibility of various components, mechanical properties and weather resistance of carbon brush materials, and extends service life of carbon brush materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing carbon brush material for automobile starter, which involves: (A) adding nano copper, graphene, nickel powder, nano silver and expanded montmorillonite, mixing and stirring to obtain mixture A; (B) mixing dopamine solution, polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, castor oil and modified starch, stirring to obtain mixture B; (C) mixing and stirring mixture A and mixture B, after tabletting under vacuum environment; and (D) sintering carbon brush material in nitrogen atmosphere.
