▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano silicon/graphene/carbon composite electrode material has nano silicon is used as core, graphene as first coating layer, carbon as second cladding layer where graphene is coated nano silicon surface and carbon is coated on graphene surface. USE - Nano silicon/graphene/carbon composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The nano silicon/graphene/carbon composite electrode material has high conductivity, mechanical strength, flexibility, good stability conductivity and has wide application prospect, is prepared in simple manner which is easy to control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-crystalline silicon/graphene/carbon composite electrode material, which involves: (A) preparing grapheme oxide colloid solution and dispersing nano silicon dioxide dispersion; (B) preparing grapheme oxide colloid first solution and dispersing nanometre silicon liquid with flocculating agent to obtain precipitate which is graphene oxide coated nanosilica particles; (C) dispersing precipitate and carbon source in solvent to obtain precipitate which is polymerization product of carbon source and/or carbon source coated by graphene oxide coated nano-silica particles; and (D) performing carbonization of precipitate at high temperature to prepare nano-silicon/graphene/carbon composite electrode material, where nano silicon as core, graphene as first coating layer, carbon as second cladding layer.
