▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based inkjet ink involves (100) exfoliating graphene oxide (GO) in deionized water, (200) reducing the graphene oxide and silver nitrate to form a reduced graphene oxide and silver mixture, (300) reacting the mixture to form a reduced graphene oxide and silver nanoparticles mixture, (400) sonicating the reduced graphene oxide and silver nanoparticles mixture, (500) centrifuging the processed mixture to produce a graphene-based colloidal solution, and (600) dispersing the graphene-based colloidal solution in a dispersant solution. USE - Preparation of graphene-based inkjet ink used for inkjet printing of printed coatings and printed electronic devices e.g. portable electronic devices, signages, displays and product identification. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-based inkjet ink having improved yield performance, and prevents ink agglomeration during printing, and achieves resistance less than 1 Omega for 1 cm2 design. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart for preparation of graphene-based inkjet ink.
