NOVELTY - Preparing self-cleaning superhydrophobic pulp molding material comprises configuring sodium carbonate solution and calcium chloride solution, taking sodium carbonate solution in a medium-speed mixer set with a certain stirring speed, taking pulp fibers of a certain quality into the above mixer, adding water and turning on the mixer for a period of time to react, taking calcium chloride solution and slowly adding to the above mixed solution at a certain dripping speed, and continue to stirring for a period of time, washing the pulp fiber suspension until the pH value of the washing filtrate is 7, and filtering and pressing, configuring pulp fiber mixture into a pulp fiber suspension, configuring a self-cleaning superhydrophobic modified mixed solution containing nanoparticles, film forming agent hydrophobic reagent and coating self-cleaning superhydrophobic modified mixed solution by dipping, spraying or bar coating, and non-contact drying of the pulp molding material in an oven. ADVANTAGE - The method does not contain silicon fluorine compound, is environmentally-friendly, and chemically modified paper pulp fiber to improve water-proof performance and self-cleaning performance and stability of the super-hydrophobic performance of the pulp molding material.
