▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating epoxy resin paint on a metal surface comprises (1) sonicating metal samples to be treated in secondary deionized water, ethanol, and secondary deionized water in sequence for 3 minutes and blowing dry with nitrogen for use, (2) placing treated metal sample in phosphating solution for 15 minutes, (3) mixing 45-50 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin and 50-75 pts. wt. epoxy resin solvent to obtain a clear low-viscosity epoxy resin solution, mixing 0.5-5 pts. wt. hydroxylated graphene into epoxy resin solution is loaded into ball milling tank of horizontal ball mill and the rotating speed 400-600 revoolutions/minute for 48-72 hours, dispersing hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin solution, (4) placing the evenly dispersed hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin solution in a vacuum oven and removing solvent at 0-80 degrees C and (5) ultrasonic cleaning, blow drying with blower, coating hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin mixture and polyamide on surface and placing at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for coating epoxy resin paint on a metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes hydroxylated graphene contains hydroxy groups, which enhances the compatibility with the epoxy resin.
