▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The attenuator has a graphene sandwich structure (1) placed on a waveguide and provided with two single-layer graphenes (3) and a separator paper (4) that is placed between two single-layer graphenes, where the separator paper is saturated with ionic liquid, the waveguide is an artificial surface plasmon waveguide (2), length of the graphene sandwich structure is about 30mm, and width of the graphene sandwich structure is about 80mm. The artificial surface plasmon waveguide is arranged on flexible medium (5). A gear-shaped metal layer is formed on a front surface of the flexible medium. A bias voltage unit is connected to each single-layer graphene. USE - Graphene-based artificial surface plasmon waveguide dynamically adjustable flexible attenuator. ADVANTAGE - The attenuator is simple for manufacturing process, and has high popularization and application value, dynamically adjustable attenuation amount, lower return loss, and a wider frequency band, and adjust attenuation and dynamic control range of attenuation by adjusting conductivity of graphene and length of graphene.
