NOVELTY - A nickel slag cement-based grouting material comprises 55-65 pts. wt., preferably 60 pts. wt. nickel slag sand, 6-15 pts. wt., preferably 10.5 pts. wt. nickel slag powder, 15-25 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. Portland cement, 10-12 pts. wt., preferably 11 pts. wt. silica fume, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 12.5 pts. wt. hybrid nanoparticles, 3-5 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. 0.15 g/L graphene oxide solution, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. expansion regulator, 1.3-1.7 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. highly active titanium fluoride, 0.4-0.9 pt. wt., preferably 0.65 pt. wt. defoamer, 1.5-2.1 pts. wt., preferably 1.8 pts. wt. triisopropanolamine and 12-20 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. mixing water. USE - Nickel slag cement-based grouting material for prefabricated buildings. ADVANTAGE - The grouting material realizes the reuse of solid waste resources to a great extent, and at the same time, the introduction of hybrid nanoparticles, graphene oxide solution, highly active titanium fluoride, can significantly improve the mechanical properties and fluidity of the slurry.
