NOVELTY - The packaging structure has a protective layer, a barrier layer and a radiating layer that is provided between the protective layer and the barrier layer. The radiating layer comprises graphene nanometre sheet and/or boron nitride nanometre sheet. The graphene nano sheet or boron nitride nano sheet are vertical structure. The orientation of the graphene nano sheet or boron nitride nano sheet is approximately vertical to the protective layer. The protective layer comprises a first non-conductive material. The barrier layer comprises an inorganic barrier layer or an organic barrier layer. The height of the graphene nano sheet and/or boron nitride nano sheet is 10 to 100 nm. USE - Packaging structure for OLED display device (claimed).
