NOVELTY - Polyurea coating comprises 5-35 wt.% polyaspartic acid ester (I), 1-15 wt.% hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer urethane component, 5-8 wt.% solvent including ketone, ester or alcohol ether, 2-15 wt.% alcohol solvent, 10-80 wt.% non-graphite inorganic powder of 50 mesh, filler, metal powder filler, and gaseous compound filler, 0-30 wt.% graphite powder filler of 50 mesh, 5-35 wt.% diisocyanate trimer (II), and 0-15 wt.% polyurethane resin having a molecular weight of 500-1000. The trimer urethane component is selected from octadecyl methylene triuret tricarbamate methyl ester, octadecyl methylene triuret tricarbamate diethylene glycol ethyl ether ester, octadecylene triuret tricarbamate, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether triuret tricarbamate, 1,4-butanediol methyl ether stearyl triuret tricarbamate, stearyl methylene triuret tricarbamate siloxane and combinations. USE - Polyurea coating used in automobile industry, ship industry, building industry and other fields, and in high solid content low viscosity coating. ADVANTAGE - The polyurea coating has excellent adhesiveness with respect to polyurethane resin, and provides coating having excellent corrosion resistance. The coating is prepared by simple and economical process with high yield and high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyurea coating comprises 5-35 wt.% polyaspartic acid ester of formula (I), 1-15 wt.% hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer urethane component, 5-8 wt.% solvent including ketone, ester or alcohol ether, 2-15 wt.% alcohol solvent, 10-80 wt.% non-graphite inorganic powder of 50 mesh, filler, metal powder filler, and gaseous compound filler, 0-30 wt.% graphite powder filler of 50 mesh, 5-35 wt.% diisocyanate trimer of formula (II), and 0-15 wt.% polyurethane resin having a molecular weight of 500-1000. The trimer urethane component is selected from octadecyl methylene triuret tricarbamate methyl ester, octadecyl methylene triuret tricarbamate diethylene glycol ethyl ether ester, octadecylene triuret tricarbamate, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether triuret tricarbamate, 1,4-butanediol methyl ether stearyl triuret tricarbamate, stearyl methylene triuret tricarbamate siloxane and combinations. R=1-4C straight or branched chain alkyl group or 3-10C straight-chain alkylene group; and X=1-15C alkylene group. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyurea coating, which involves uniformly mixing diisocyanate trimer with a ketone solvent, an ester solvent, an alcohol ether solvent or combination to obtain component A, uniformly mixing alcohol solvent and optional ketone solvent, ester solvent, alcohol ether solvent, HDI trimer type urethane component, polyaspartic acid ester, and optional polyurethane, adding non-graphite inorganic powder filler, metal powder filler or metal oxide powder filler to obtain component B, and mixing the obtained components to obtain the polyurea coating.
