▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rust inhibitor comprises 3-4 pts. wt. nickel-clad aluminum, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. phosphomolybdic acid, 10-12 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 5-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 90-100 pts. wt. silicone modified acrylic emulsion, 2-3 pts. wt. pine oil acetate, 3-5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 4-6 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-10 pts. wt. chickweed and 2-4 pts. wt. Sanguisorba. USE - Rust inhibitor for aluminum alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The rust inhibitor has good rust removing effect, is easy to combine with polyethylene wax and microcrystalline wax, has enhanced waterproof and moisture-proof properties of nickel-clad aluminum and graphene, thus enhanced the rust-preventing performance, has better antibacterial effect, avoiding rusting of the aluminum alloy during use due to bacterial growth, and improving rust resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rust inhibitor, which involves: (A) placing nickel-clad aluminum and graphene in a ball mill jar, ball milling at 20-25 revolutions per minute for 10-20 min, adding phosphomolybdic acid, continuing ball milling for 30-50 min, washing the resultant with ethanol for 2-3 times, and drying at 100-102 degrees C to obtain a mixed powder; (B) placing obtained product in a ball mill tank together with the microcrystalline wax and the polyethylene wax, and the extract is added, and the ball is milled at 90-92 degrees C at 10-15 rpm for 20-30 min; (C) raising temperature to 120-122 degrees C, ball milling is continued for 30-40 min, and then Sanguisorba is milled at a rate of 1-2 degrees C/min to a temperature of 28-30 degrees C, followed by freeze drying to obtain a modified powder; (D) adding the product to the silicone-modified acrylic emulsion, and then adding terpineol acetate, polyethylene glycol, and an antifoaming agent; and (E) stirring and dispersing at 1000-1300 rpm for 30-40 min.
