NOVELTY - Graphene lubricant comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-20 pts. wt. stearic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. oleic acid and 10-20 pts. wt. 4,4' dioctyl diphenylamine as modified graphene powder and 80-100 pts. wt. base white oil, 1.6-2 pts. wt. molybdenum powder microspheres, 1.6-2 pts. wt. chromium powder microspheres, 0.8-1 part iron oxide microspheres, 1.6-2 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 3.2-4 pts. wt. di-n-butylphosphite, 2-4 pts. wt. lithium tetrafluoroborate and 2-4 pts. wt. polyethylene wax as modified lubricant. USE - Used as graphene lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene lubricant has high grafting rate, uniform dispersion, excellent cold resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance, and has no precipitation; increases the number of graphene flake functional groups and buoyancy; and exists in the form of microcrystals.
