NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/biosynthetic nano-silver antibacterial composites comprises (i) collecting grape seed, washing with water, placing in oven and drying; (ii) stirring the grape seed and ultrapure water; (iii) subjecting solution to suction filtration; (iv) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene oxide dispersion solution; (v) adding silver nitrate solution into graphene oxide to obtain silver nitrate or graphene oxide mixture; (vi) adding grape seed extract into silver nitrate or graphene oxide mixture; and (vii) stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide/ biosynthetic nano-silver antibacterial composites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composites consumes grape seed waste, is economical, ease to produce nano silver, effectively prevents agglomeration and oxidation of nano silver particles, improves stability of silver nano particles and antibacterial effect.The method is carried out in aqueous phase under mild condition, is environmentally friendly, easy to operate and easy to control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide/biosynthetic nano-silver antibacterial composites comprises (i) collecting grape seed, washing with water, placing in an oven and drying at 55 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain clean grape seed; (ii) taking 1g grape seed, adding 20-30 ml ultrapure water, and stirring at 110-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours using magnetic stirrer; (iii) subjecting solution to suction filtration to obtain grape seed extract; (iv) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene oxide dispersion solution; (v) adding silver nitrate solution into graphene oxide to obtain silver nitrate or graphene oxide mixture; (vi) adding grape seed extract into the silver nitrate or graphene oxide mixture; and (vii) stirring using magnetic stirring of mixed solution at 90-96 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide/biosynthetic nano-silver antibacterial composites, prepared as mentioned above.
