▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A weather-resistant graphene thermally conductive composite material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. modified elastomer, 10-15 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 10-16 pts. wt. polyimide resin, 18-26 pts. wt. conductive filler, 1-1.5 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, and 1-2.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Weather-resistant graphene thermally conductive composite material used for electric power grids, electronic appliances, communication and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good heat conduction, mechanical properties, tensile strength, toughness, impact resistance and processing performance, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material comprising adding mixer with raw materials, mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain premix, adding to twin-screw extruder, extrusion granulating at temperatures of 170-190 degrees C, 190-200 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, 190-220 degrees C, 190-230 degrees C and 200-240 degrees C respectively and at speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute, hot pressing, and molding.
