NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film composite material comprises arranging multiple graphene films coated with aluminum metal layers at intervals, containing at least one aluminum metal layer between two adjacent graphene films, galvanizing in the galvanizing bath, and placing nickel plating in a nickel plating solution to form a nickel metal layer between two adjacent graphene films, where the interval between two adjacent graphene films coated with an aluminum metal layer is 20-200 μm. USE - The composite material is useful in radiating piece and electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has interface bonding force and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene film composite material.
