NOVELTY - A high wear-resistant type polyimide enamel wire coating comprises 40-76 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyimide, 10-20 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.2-0.9 pt. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 1-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, and 1-6 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate. USE - High wear-resistant type polyimide enamel wire coating used in electronic electric, information industry and aerospace applications. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide enamel wire coating has improved wear-resistance by introducing fluorine atom in the polyimide, improved friction performance by addition of nano silicon dioxide and polydimethylsiloxane by the synergistic effect between the two. After mixing and filling the nano-calcium carbonate with the graphene, the friction and wear performance of the composite material is improved due to the synergistic effect of the two. Through the synergistic effect among the components, so that the finally prepared polyimide wire enamel has high wear-resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high wear-resistant type polyimide enamel wire coating, which involves weighing proper amount of modified graphene and nano-calcium carbonate, placing in reactor, adding solvent, adding fluorine-containing polyimide, heat-reacting, cooling the material, and adding nano silicon dioxide, polydimethylsiloxane, diluent and film-forming additive.
