NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene nano-micron graded pore structure is claimed. the oxygen content of the three-dimensional graphene is 5-30 wt.%; the thickness is 20 mu m to 10 mm, specific surface area is 400-1200 m2/g; the conductivity is 1-100 S/cm; the three-dimensional graphene of nano and micron channel diameter are respectively 10-300 nm and 0.5-50 mu m. USE - The pore structure is useful for lithium ion battery electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pore structure is stable with high specific surface area and high electrical conductivity, has application prospect in the lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the three-dimensional graphene comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide solution by Hummers method modified with silicon dioxide and ultrasonic processing for 0.5-3 hours, (ii) vacuum filtering mixed liquid film, using reducing agent and etching liquid processing the obtained film, vacuum or freeze drying, and (iii) preparing three-dimensional graphene in argon atmosphere, reducing under the temperature of 300-1000 degrees C for 0.5-20 hours, to obtain three-dimensional graphene oxide.
