NOVELTY - Graphene film comprises 110-120 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 35-40 pts. wt. aniline, 0.8-1 pts. wt. sodium persulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dimercaptopropane, 0.6-1 pts. wt. n-salicylidene, 3-4 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. para benzobenzenesulfonic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. maleic rosin and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent kh550. USE - Used as graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The film improves dispersion compatibility between graphene and polyaniline and improves electrical and mechanical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film, comprising (i) mixing sodium sulfate and 10-14 times deionized water and stirring to obtain initiator solution, (ii) mixing maleic rosin and 30-50 times its weight in dimethylformamide, elevating at 60-65 degrees C and stirring for 10-20 minutes with heating to obtain amide solution, (iii) mixing n-salicylidene and 10-18 times its weight of anhydrous ethanol, stirring, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, ultrasonically treating for 3-10 minutes, adding graphene oxide, elevating at 50-55 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours with heating to obtain graphene dispersion, (iv) mixing amide solution with graphene dispersion and sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate, stirring, adding silane coupling agent kh550, elevating at 65-70 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours with heating to obtain ammonia solution, (v) mixing aniline and amino solution, adding 15-20 times the weight of deionized water, stirring, feeding into reaction kettle, passing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 60-70 degrees C, adding initiator solution, stirring the reaction for 3-4 hours and discharge cooling.
