NOVELTY - Method for preparing 0D/2D conductive metal/graphene functional material, involves (a) dissolving silver nitrate in water, adding 1-methyl-2 pyrrolidone, where the volume ratio of silver nitrate and 1-methyl-2 pyrrolidone is (0.9-1.1):1, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding graphene hydrogel, leaving still the reaction for 3-5 hours, after the reaction is completed, washing with acetonitrile to obtain a graphene hydrogel/silver composite material, and (b) adding obtained graphene hydrogel/silver composite material to saturated 7,7,8,8-tetracyanophthaloquinone dimethane solution in acetonitrile, leaving still the reaction, and uniformly washing with ethanol and water after the reaction is completed to obtain the functional material. USE - The functional material is useful in energy and catalysis application. ADVANTAGE - The functional material has excellent electrochemical oxygen reduction performance.
