NOVELTY - The method for rapid deposition of graphene on glass surfaces by metal-free catalysis, involves placing clean quartz glass on special bracket, putting the quartz glass and bracket into quartz tube, arranging glass surface perpendicular to the horizontal airflow direction, passing the carrier gas in quartz tube, heating from room temperature to reaction temperature, introducing carbon source gas, carrying out rapid growth of graphene on glass surface by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition process in the absence of any metal catalyst support. USE - Method for rapid deposition of graphene on glass surfaces by metal-free catalysis (claimed), used for photocatalytic substrate and anti-fog window. ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid deposition of graphene on glass surfaces with high transmittance, high conductivity and high translucency by simple and easy process.
