NOVELTY - Cold sprayed graphene-aluminum zinc powder composite material hardware repair method, comprises (i) de-rusting, roughening and cleaning fittings surface, (ii) spraying graphene-aluminum-zinc powder composite material on the surface of the treated hardware, (iii) coating the surface of the fittings processed in step (ii) with self-healing micro-nano-capsule particles-containing sealing agent to form coating, and (iv) curing the coating. USE - The method is useful for cold sprayed graphene-aluminum zinc powder composite material hardware repair. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve corrosion resistance of the fittings; has high bonding strength with fittings; is not easy to break; and has better repair and protection effects on the fittings.
