▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has an electrode lead wire whose end is connected with a graphene patch in a graphene patch array, where another end of the electrode lead wire is penetrated through a first medium substrate layer. A metal grounding layer and a second medium substrate layer are connected with a functional module. The graphene patch in the graphene patch array and the metal grounding layer form an antenna unit for emitting and receiving electromagnetic wave, millimeter wave or terahertz wave. The functional module performs signal phase modulation and signal amplitude modulation for multiple antenna radiation units. USE - Antenna structure for a signal transmission device of an antenna system (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure has small volume, easy production, high stability and flexible design, and realizes function of transmitting and receiving antenna of millimeter wave and terahertz wave frequency band and satisfies requirements of different working modes and different application scenes such as wide coverage and hot spot blindness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an antenna structure forming method; (2) an antenna structure signal transmission method; (3) a signal transmission device; (4) an electronic device for an antenna structure for a signal transmission device of an antenna system; and (5) a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for storing a set of instructions for forming an antenna structure.
