NOVELTY - Process for producing and processing pearl graphene involves (a) adding 20-35 ml sulfuric acid to the dried 2 g graphite powder into the beaker, stirring and adding 0.4-0.9 g sodium nitrate and 3.5-3.8 g potassium permanganate, (b) filtering the mixed solution, washing with a mixed solution of 64 ml water and 10 ml hydrochloric acid, placing into a dialysis bag and dialyzing, (c) using an ultrasonic cell pulverizer to ultrasonically treat the graphite oxide, and freeze-drying the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (d) weighing algin and dissolving in deionized water, taking 350 ml graphene oxide solution and 450 ml algin solution, (e) adding 800 ml graphite oxide alginate solution into the mold, adding liquid nitrogen, taking out of the mold and placing in a freeze dryer, and (f) adding 5.5-5.8 g pearl powder, 6-6.8 g oyster shell powder, 1-3 g mussel shell powder, 5-8 g seaweed fiber to 125-140 ml polylactide, and calendering into a film. USE - The method is used for producing and processing pearl graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method uses cost-effective raw materials, provides excellent strength and toughness, greatly improves the strength and toughness of the composite material, obtains excellent electrical conductivity and tribological properties, stable performance, greatly reduces production and processing costs, and is beneficial to wide promotion and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for producing and processing pearl graphene involves (a) adding 20-35 ml sulfuric acid to the dried 2 g graphite powder into the beaker, stirring and adding 0.4-0.9 g sodium nitrate and 3.5-3.8 g potassium permanganate for 50 minutes, after 1 hour, increasing the temperature to 35 degrees C and reacting for 2 hour, adding 35% hydrogen peroxide until the reaction liquid turns from brown to bright yellow, (b) after filtering the mixed solution prepared in step (a), washing with a mixed solution of 64 ml water and 10 ml hydrochloric acid, and washing with a large amount of deionized water by centrifugation until it neutral, finally, placing into a dialysis bag and dialyzing for ten days to obtain graphite oxide, (c) using an ultrasonic cell pulverizer to ultrasonically treat the graphite oxide obtained in step (b) to obtain a brown graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and freeze-drying the obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid for storage, (d) weighing algin and dissolving in deionized water, taking 350 ml graphene oxide solution and 450 ml algin solution prepared in step (c), mixing, stirring, ultrasonically treating, and stirring to form a uniform solution, (e) adding 800 ml graphite oxide alginate solution prepared in step (d) into the mold, adding liquid nitrogen, and leaving still for 1 hour until completely frozen, taking out of the mold and placing in a freeze dryer for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide alginate spine with layered structure, and (f) adding 5.5-5.8 g pearl powder, 6-6.8 g oyster shell powder, 1-3 g mussel shell powder, 5-8 g seaweed fiber to 125-140 ml polylactide, and stirring at 70 degrees C for 20 minutes at 600 rpm to form a suspension, adding polyvinyl alcohol to the suspension, homogenizing at high pressure and stirring evenly, extruding and pelletizing through a screw extruder, and calendering the extruded pellets into a film.
