NOVELTY - Water and oil repellent high-strength antibacterial fabric comprises 20-30 pts. wt. fluorine-containing silicon dioxide/titanium dioxide microspheres, 120-150 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 2-4 pts. wt. glass fiber. The preparation method of the fluorine-containing silicon dioxide/titanium dioxide microspheres on the surface comprises (S1) dissolving amino silane coupling agent, fluorine-containing silane and titanate coupling agent in alkane to obtain an oil phase, (S2) dissolving the porogen in water to obtain an aqueous phase, (S3) adding the oil phase obtained in step (S1) to the water phase in step (S2), emulsifying, reacting for 2-4 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain silicon dioxide/titanium dioxide microspheres containing fluorine on the surface. USE - Used as water and oil repellent high-strength antibacterial fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial fabric not only has good water and oil repellency, mechanical properties and antibacterial properties, but also has excellent durability and washing resistance, and broad application prospects.
