NOVELTY - Highly thermally conductive sizing phase-change material comprises a phase-change substrate and a cladding material that coats the phase-change substrate, where the weight portion of the phase-change substrate and the cladding material is (1:0.1)-(1:1). The phase change substrate comprising 100-150 pts. wt. resin matrix, 450-600 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 5-12 pts. wt. coupling agent. The cladding material has a three-dimensional interpenetrating network structure, where the cladding material comprising 100-150 pts. wt. bacterial cellulose, and 10-50 pts. wt. expanded graphite. USE - Highly thermally conductive sizing phase-change material. ADVANTAGE - The highly thermally conductive sizing phase-change material avoids the condition that the phase change base material liquid flowing leakage occurs, and improves the thermal conductivity change base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high thermal conductivity sizing phase change material, which involves: a. adding the resin matrix, the thermally conductive filler and the coupling agent into a reaction kettle to make the phase change substrate; b. adding the bacterial cellulose and the expanded graphite into another reaction kettle to prepare a coating material; and c. coating the phase change substrate with the coating material.
