NOVELTY - Hair conditioning agent comprises 30-90 pts. wt. water, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene-chitosan complex, 5-20 pts. wt. oil agent, 1-5 pts. wt. conditioning agent and 0.1-1 pt. wt. flavor. USE - The hair conditioning agent is used for repairing hair damage and defect. ADVANTAGE - The hair conditioning agent has excellent adsorption capacity, makes hair softer and shiny, provides certain conductivity to improve the antistatic ability of the hair and makes the hair difficult to split, inhibits bacteria and reduces the addition of preservative. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a graphene-chitosan composite, which involves (i) adding graphene oxide to sterile deionized water at a concentration of 0.1-1%, stirring and mixing at high speed and stirring speed of 500-2000 rpm for 20-60 minutes to form a brown-yellow graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding chitosan powder to the graphene oxide solution, and stirring while adding at 500-2000 rpm, where the adding ratio of graphene oxide and chitosan is 3:1-30:1, and the prepared pH of the mixed solution is 5-7, and (iii) subjecting the mixed solution to high-pressure homogenization treatment at 800-1500 bar for 3-6 times to obtain the graphene-chitosan composite; and (2) a method for preparing the hair conditioning agent, which involves (i) taking the materials, (ii) preparing graphene-chitosan composite, (iii) adding oil agent, conditioning agent, flavor and graphene-chitosan composite to the water, and stirring and mixing at low speed of 100-200 rpm for 0.2-0.5 hours, and (iv) stirring and mixing at high-speed of 500-2000 rpm for 1-3 hours to obtain the hair conditioning agent containing the graphene-chitosan complex.
