▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A metal or metallic alloy granulate is heated at 600-1040 degrees C, preferably 920-1040 degrees C, for 2-30 minutes, preferably for 2-20 minutes, under an atmosphere comprising argon and propane, optionally with addition of hydrogen and/or nitrogen. The obtained material is cooled to room temperature under argon atmosphere with optimized cooling rate, to obtain microscopic graphene-containing grains. The metal or metallic alloy granulate is granules of copper, nickel or aluminum, having grain size of 0.1-1000 mu m, preferably 1-6 mu m. USE - Microscopic graphene-containing grains. Uses include but are not limited to supercapacitors, graphene ink, printed conductive paths, nano-composites, electrodes on polymer foils, absorbers and anticorrosion covers. ADVANTAGE - The high quality microscopic graphene-containing grains is economically manufactured with high yield using simple device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for microscopic graphene-containing grains.
