ADVANTAGE - The flexible electrode has excellent mechanical stability, low electrochemical impedance, high signal quality and long-term stability in close contact with brain surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flexible electrode, which involves using the flexible substrate, one-dimensional nanomaterial network, two-dimensional nanomaterial film and etching solution.
