▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrically-conductive graphene oxide comprises conductive graphene oxide with carbon/oxygen value of 1-5, preferably 1-3. USE - Electrically-conductive graphene oxide for electrically conductive composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrically-conductive graphene oxide ensures low degree of oxidation and is realized by partial oxidation and intercalation of the graphite oxide by the reaction in the low temperature phase and the intermediate temperature phase. The stripping of the graphene oxide is performed under safe, controllable and low temperature reaction, without oxidation of graphite. The layer structure is relatively maintained and monolithic layer can be stably dispersed in the aqueous phase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive graphene oxide, which involves adding potassium permanganate, graphite and concentrated sulfuric acid at 0-5 degrees C, cooling after reacting at 30-40 degrees C, dripping hydrogen peroxide and ultrasonically processing the reaction solution under alkaline conditions.
