NOVELTY - A super-water-soluble functional graphene/graphene oxide has a film sheet-shaped graphene/graphene oxide substrate, with graphene/graphene oxide distributed on the surface being connected with an acid group. ADVANTAGE - The super-water-soluble functional graphene/graphene oxide has excellent storage stability, and can be prepared by a simple, economical, safe, environmentally-friendly and easy method on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of super-water-soluble functional graphene/graphene oxide, which involves mixing sulfur trioxide and strong acid, adding graphene/graphene oxide to obtain a mixture with a graphene/graphene oxide concentration of 1-10 wt.%, reacting at 60-150 degrees C for 1-10 hours and then at 160 degrees C or more, and washing the precipitate.
