NOVELTY - The preparation method of molecularly imprinted sensor involves weighing 85-92 %mass deionized water, 1-3 %mass chloroauric acid and 2-6 %mass graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing for 20 minutes, adding 3-8 %mass citric acid and then heating for 40 minutes, polishing glassy carbon electrode using polishing powder, distilled water and ethanol, adding 74-80 %mass ethanol, 6-10 %mass N-ethyl-2-aminomethylpyrrolidine, 6-10 %mass citraconic acid, 2-4 %mass metolachlor, 0.5-1.5 %mass diisocyanate and 3-5 %mass ammonium persulfate, reacting for 10-12 hours, soaking in ethanol and acetic acid mixed solution, dispersing in 1% chitosan-acetic acid solution and processing. USE - The method is useful for preparation of molecularly imprinted sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of molecularly imprinted sensor with high sensitivity, selectivity and specificity.
